Assembly
Each new pro-type of a new design has to be assembled in the factory premises to assure perfect design and fabrication of each tower member.

ROM EAST AFRICA LTD quality management systems, in respect of its services have been assessed and upgraded to the latest international and industrial standards. A team of highly proficient quality professionals carefully plans the entire process and then proceed accordingly. Needless to say, the towers can only be as good as the components that materials which go into the making. Hence, our emphasis remains on proper and cost effective selection of structural steel. The structural steel is then tested on the parameters of tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, bend, ductility, hardness, etc.
Our production units boast of states-of-the-art machinery, enabling us to maintain the highest standards quality and excellent production values. The technology employed in the processing and manufacture of the end products has been integrated in the most professional manner so that quality standards are not compromised and they meet global standards and customer expectations.
The company has in-house checking producers on all materials and products (Raw materials, Parts, Assembled products and Galvanizing tests) for any kind of production flaws or discrepancies. Our vast experience coupled with our strict adherence to stringent quality procedures enables us to produce products of the highest standard. Apart from this, we have a mechanism of “third party inspection” – whereby our manufacturing process have been inspected and approved by other eminent companies such as Ericsson, BVQI.
We shall endeavor to maintain and continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality management system that meets the customers’ expectations in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 requirements.
