| Self Supporting Lattice Towers |

This is based on 3 or 4 leg tubular structures and the latest addition of the 4 leg angular design. These towers are designed on the modular concept and can be adopted for both Greenfield and Rooftop solutions. To further reduce time and cost, our design department has also standardized the foundation drawing to accommodate various soil bearing conditions. |

Tower heights in this standard range are from 3M up to 150M.

Tower rest platforms are situated every 12 meter on the tubular designs and every 10 meters on the angular design. Service Platforms are placed at clients designated locations but are modular and can be fitted any where on the towers.

Basic safety feature is an 8mm braided steel safety cable that allows one to lock onto whilst climbing the tower. This feature allows ease of climbing for all sizes of personnel and also easy access to any area outside the platform locations.

Climbing ladders are in most cases internal and are set at an incline also to facilitate ease of climbing.

Rom East Africa Ltd ventured fully in the manufacturing of Angular Towers from March 2008, which initially was inferior to the most deployed Three Legged Tubular Self Supporting Towers (3LT SST) in Sub Saharan Africa.
Due to the increasing market with currently Ericsson – Orange TKL Project ordering 111towers - four legged angular towers, ROM has imported 2 Units of fully automatic CNC Machines (Shears, Punches & Labels Tower Members – Production Capacity 13-18towers per day depending on tower heights) which will be installed & commissioned in February/March 2009 to meet the growing demand of the 4LA towers which are credited for being the most economical towers to manufacture & ship, easy of diversification, linear network link to meet the clients’ lead times in/on time. The CNC Machines will increase the company’s production capacity & also allow 4LA towers to compete stiffly with 3LT towers in ordering status.
Available ROM MODELS are: 3310/4LA for Coastal Regions, 2810/4LA, 3610/4LA, 4610/4LA, 4209/4LA, and 4220/4LA, for any other design specification, it is easy to adapt any model from the above. (Kindly Order yours today)
